Fees/ Rates

We believe that quality therapy should be accessible and valuable. Our fees reflect the professional care, expertise, and personalized support provided in each session.

 

  • Individual Counselling (50 minutes) – $150 per session

  • Couples Counselling (50 minutes) – $210 per session

  • Mental Health Education & Speaking Engagements – Pricing varies based on event size and scope (contact for details)

  • Free 15-Minute Consultation – A no-obligation call to discuss your needs and see if we’re a good fit

 

Many extended health benefits cover psychotherapy services. Please check with your provider to confirm your coverage. Payment is due at the time of service, and receipts will be provided for insurance reimbursement where applicable.
